Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise and prevent you from keeping your appointment. We reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy and payment terms at our discretion.

Cancelling outside 24 hours
Canceling individual 60-90m appointments 24 hours in advance incurs no charges and any deposits will be refunded. Please see exceptions below for multiple appointments or pre-paid appointments made for someone else.

Cancelling inside 24 hours
Canceling inside 24 hours incurs a charge for 50% of the services booked

No Shows
Missing the appointment with no notification will incur a charge for 100% of the services booked.

Late Arrivals
If possible, we'll deliver the full amount of time associated with the service. However, in the event we are unable to extend beyond the original end time, prices are not pro-rated.

Making reservations for multiple services
Reserving greater than 1.5hrs over the weekend requires a $100 deposit which can be refunded if cancelled within 24 hours

Making a reservation for someone else
In order to make reservations for other people full payment is required in advance. This advanced payment is not refundable on weekends. However, Monday thru Thursday this advanced payment can be refunded if the reservation is canceled 24hrs in advance. Overall, it's best to delay making reservations until you are 100% sure your guests will be able to attend.
